ALKATANE® HDPE FILM GRADES
HDPE resins are used in blown film applications where high stiffness and low gauge are imperative. Qenos offers a versatile grade range to enable optimum performance characteristics depending on particular processing equipment being used. Typical applications for Alkatane® HDPE film resins include carry bags, carton liners for meat and produce, and cereal box liners.
Qenos Alkatane® HDPE film grades offer excellent (moisture / oxygen) barrier properties, and are often used as a blend partner to provide stiffness in Alkathene® LDPE and Alkatuff® LLDPE film structures, permitting down-gauging, tactile differentiation, and improved performance during conversion.
